Multi-Vendor Audit Coordination

Learn to run a full coordination cycle — from ownership maps through evidence windows to remediation ladders — with a vendor audit coordination app as the shared calendar of record.

Facilitator presenting workflow notes to a small cohort

Learning outcomes

  • Draft an ownership map that vendors and internal leads recognise.
  • Configure evidence-collection windows with fair escalation rules.
  • Facilitate a questionnaire wave without duplicating supplier effort.
  • Run a remediation ladder that survives staff handovers.
  • Facilitate a dry-run audit cycle with peer critique.

Who it suits

Compliance, vendor risk, procurement operations, and IT assurance roles in United Kingdom organisations that coordinate more than one critical supplier per cycle.

You do not need prior product certification. You do need access to (or willingness to simulate) a coordination workspace during the capstone.

Modules

  1. Landscape & intake

Inventory vendors, frameworks, and known calendar collisions. Build the intake brief Scalablecloudnet uses before clinics.

  2. Ownership mapping

Assign control families to named owners. Practise negotiating shared controls across two suppliers without doubling questionnaires.

  3. Evidence windows

Design collection periods inside the coordination app. Cover quiet periods, holiday calendars, and closing notes that stick.

  4. Remediation ladders

Translate findings into dated actions with escalation paths. Stress-test what happens when a key owner leaves mid-cycle.

  5. Capstone dry-run

Run a compressed audit cycle with peer reviewers. Receive written critique on schedule clarity and evidence hygiene.

FAQ

Do we need a specific vendor audit coordination app licence?

No. Exercises use patterns that transfer across common coordination tools. If your organisation already has a platform, bring it to the capstone; otherwise we provide a sandboxed schedule template.

How much live time is required?

Plan for four live clinics of about 75 minutes plus the capstone session. Recordings are available for Field Desk seats when schedules conflict.

What is a real limitation of this course?

We do not teach you to rewrite your organisation’s contractual audit rights. If supplier contracts lack clear evidence obligations, the coordination patterns will still help internally — but they cannot invent leverage you do not have. Several alumni needed parallel legal review before vendors accepted tighter windows.

Is there a refund policy?

Yes. See our refund policy for eligibility and timeframes.

Course reviews

Module 3 finally made our evidence windows visible to procurement. Capstone critique called out our fuzzy escalation language — fair, and we rewrote it.

Nadia kept clinics grounded. The ownership mapping worksheet is still pinned in our team channel.
